At Party Hire Destination, we offer a reliable and efficient delivery service for all our products. With over 10 years of experience, we ensure our items arrive in perfect condition and on time, making your event planning seamless and stress-free.

We streamline our delivery operations by grouping deliveries within the same region, which allows us to offer competitive rates. Delivery charges are based on your location, the number of items being delivered, and any unique access considerations at the delivery site.

Important Delivery Details:

  • Ground-Level Delivery: We deliver all items to a single, ground-level location.
  • Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply if:
    • Items need to be transported above the ground floor.
    • The drop-off point is more than 20 meters from our delivery vehicle.
    • Access involves stairs, lifts, escalators, or steep inclines.
    • Large quantities of items require additional manpower.
    • Delivery or pickup is needed outside our regular hours of 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 3 pm on weekends.

If any of these conditions apply, please inform us at the time of booking to avoid additional charges or delivery refusals.

  • Standard Hours: 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 3 pm on weekends.
  •  Special Requests: Please notify us in advance for deliveries outside these hours or at a specific time. We strive to accommodate your needs, although additional fees may apply.

Pickup and Self-Transport Guidelines

For those preferring to avoid delivery fees, you can collect your items directly from our warehouse. We advise that you come equipped with suitable transportation and necessary materials, such as packing blankets and straps, to secure the items during transit. Our team will assess the safety of your transport method to prevent damage during loading and unloading. 

When you choose to pick up your items from our facility, please note that ID verification will be required. This is to ensure the security and proper handling of our products. Pickup is available during our business hours, and it is essential to arrange this in advance to ensure availability.

Please be aware that any damages to the products during your event may lead to charges for the repair or replacement costs. In such cases, we are entitled to retain the ID of the person responsible until the issue has been resolved financially.
